At Pound Town (Leicester) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below:

Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds only if the product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • The product must have arrived in a damaged condition or be defective due to manufacturing issues.
    • You must notify us of the damage or defect within 3 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Proof of Damage/Defect:

    • To process your refund, we require clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or defective product.
    • Please email the evidence, along with your order number, to 
      poundtownleicester@gmail.com.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure that your order is correct before finalising your purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any item not meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
